The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern 🔖🔖
I was nearly half way through when I was ready to give up. A great review convinced me to keep going as it was going to pick up. It did pick up and squarely caught my interest. What was taking me weeks to read ended up taking a few days to finish. Yet ... It wasn't quite good enough to warrant the first very boring 234 pages. If all the pages were as good as that last quarter, it would be a favorite and highly recommended.
The character development wasn't grand and there were so many charactres. The timeline and changes were quite confusing to me.
